Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Not at launch, and not officially at all yet. Grand Theft Auto VI is announced for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on 19 November 2026.
The official platforms
Take-Two’s pre-order announcement lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only. GamingBible adds that the game isn’t announced for PC or Nintendo Switch 2, won’t come to PS4 or Xbox One, and won’t be playable on PC through Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Reports of a PC date
There have been reports of a PC release window, for example the one covered by Polygon. Rockstar hasn’t confirmed them, so treat them as unconfirmed until it announces something.
If you’re choosing a console for launch, the PS5 vs Xbox guide covers what’s been said about each. If you want a head start once you’re in, our unofficial GTA VI Guide is up for pre-order. It’s a digital guide, emailed to you from 19 November 2026.
